· Registration should be submitted only through the online system on dgt2025.com. Late  registration of presentations will not be accepted.

· All participants, including those making presentations, must register and an  invitation to make a presentation does not imply any financial support from the conference organizer.

Once you submit the information, you will receive an email containing all payment instructions. If you do not receive the email after submitting, please contact us.

Please be informed that you must complete the payment to confirm successful registration. 

* The costs associated with the bank transfer shall be borne by the payer.

** Junior researchers (master and PhD students, post-doctoral fellows under 30) should send a copy of their student card to the email:registration@dgt2025.com. In the absence of a valid student card, a declaration by the supervisor will be accepted. 

The registration fee will cover all conference sessions, program, the book of abstracts loaded on USB device, certificates of attendance, lunches, gala dinner, refreshments during breaks and social events. Participant accommodation and travel expenses costs are not included in the registration fees.
